Modern Barn XL 70m2

Modern Barn XL is a spacious single-story house made of two modules with a built-up
area of 35 m2. Made using wooden technology, it is environmentally and human
friendly. Inside there is a large space combining the functions of a living room, dining
room and kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms. In total, this gives almost 60 m2 of
usable area, additionally enlarged by a terrace with a pergola.

Modern Barn is a very simple structure composed of two cuboids with gable roofs. Thanks to
their combination, the living space has an L-shape with the possibility of extending it on one
side with a terrace with a pergola. Through the front door you enter directly into the living room
connected to the dining room and kitchen. Behind the kitchen there is a bathroom, and in the
second wing there are two bedrooms, which are therefore separated from the living area.
Therefore, the space is practical and comfortable.
