One Floor XL 70m2

One Floor XL is a compact but very comfortable modular house created with the family
in mind. On one floor there is a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, a dressing room
and three bedrooms with a total area of 56 m2. This ecological wooden house is suitable

One Floor XL is a block consisting of two parallel modules on a rectangular plan. Each module has a single-slope roof, which, when put together, provides a very interesting visual effect. The internal space was used to the maximum, devoting only 1 m2 to the circulation route. The rest are functional rooms providing private space for each household member and a comfortable common area.
