Modulbroker connects customers and manufacturers for modular homes. This page explains how to use the platform effectively from first search to final conversation.
1. Explore homes
Go to Explore houses to browse available modular homes. Open a house detail page to see specifications, gallery images, references, and pricing information.
2. Contact a manufacturer
Use the Chat with manufacturer button on house and auction detail pages. If you are logged in, we open your chat directly in app.modulbroker.com with a pre-filled house reference so the manufacturer knows exactly which property you are interested in.
3. Use auctions
Visit Auctions to view live bidding opportunities. Auction detail pages include bid history, reserve status, and remaining time so you can make informed decisions.
4. Create your account
For messaging, bidding, and account tools, sign in on app.modulbroker.com. Personal accounts can manage conversations and preferences, while company accounts can manage listings, quotes, and dashboard features.
